On this production, we focused less on the The Home Depot’s home improvement tools and materials, and instead highlighted the human warmth, leadership and generosity that exists amongst the staff in stores across the nation.

We spent time with three individual managers who have grown up the ladders at their respective stores in Greenville, SC, Pensacola, FL, and Houma, LA over the years, and who have deserve to be highlighted and celebrated for their efficient and successful store management, but also for their leadership, mentorship, kindness and dedication to their direct teams and surrounding communities.
